Alfieri Apartment

Positive: The Alfieri apartment is beautiful. Spacious enough for a family with 3 children. Includes absolutely everything you need. It is a great value for money. Location also very nice at the edge of Centro storico. Distance to Piazza del Duomo is 1,2 km (15 min walk), at the same time you can have your car parked very close in the nearby streets (outside ZTL zone). There is also a park close by. Our host Giulio was very kind and helpful. Negative: Few minor things that cannot overshadow all the good things.

Estadia excelente em Florença Positive: Apartamento perfeito. Como novo. Muito bem equipado e cuidado. Inclui todas as comodidades necessárias. Comunicação com o anfitrião muito fácil. Internet muito rápida. Negative: Podia ser um pouco mais próximo do centro, mas se não tiver handicaps faz-se bem caminhando. Os hóspedes que dormem na sala/cozinha no sofá cama não têm cortinas o bloqueio da luz da rua e pode ser chato se quiser dormir um pouco mais de manhã. Tirando isto, este apartamento é mesmo mesmo perfeito.

Lovely stay in Florence in a lovely clean apartment Positive: We loved the style of this apartment. It was fresh and clean and layed out perfectly. The washing machine and iron was a useful addition. The communication from the host was spot on and they provided us with all the relevant information and was quick to reply whenever we had a question. I would definitely return to this apartment when I am next in Florence. Negative: The property isn’t super central but only a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. The apartment door is tricky to open but once you get the hang of it you will be fine.
