We offering our guests an environment where they can feel at home

GoHomes is a young hospitality company.

We are a group of young people from Florence who throughout the years have gained skills and abilities suited to create a company that operates exclusively in the world of vacation rental.

Our work is essentially offering our guests an environment where they can feel at home – being for a few days or for a few months – providing support for all the needs that our guests may have before, after and during their stay.

We offer our guests stays in properties that we carefully select to find the best combination of beauty and functionality. At the same time we make our knowledge and experience available to guests to give a broader and more detailed understanding of the places they come to explore.

As a choice we only manage a limited number of properties. For two main reasons.

The first is that it’s hard to truly offer a quality service on a large scale. Many would tell you that it is possible. But in our experience, no, it is not.

To create products and services in large number inevitably impacts quality and imposes to make compromises, especially in the hospitality sector. We don’t want to do that. It is not possible to truly dedicate time to each guest if you have hundreds of homes. Instead, that’s what we do. It is not just us who says it but our guests themselves.

The second reason concerns the properties themselves. Only certain homes make it into our group. Only those properties that respect standards related to location, services offered, comfort and style. Don’t get us wrong, these are not necessarily ultra-luxury or one-of-a-kind properties: they are normal properties but taken care in all details welcoming and pleasant. Always.

This is what makes the difference for us. To offer the best possible product and service, always, without exception.
